This notice describes the Oyster website and the current wallet design. The operator name is Oyster Labs. Full operator and contact details will be published before early access.

Early-access form

Registration is not open yet. The form does not transmit or store the email address you enter. It checks registration availability without sending your email. Before collecting signups, we will identify the provider, explain how the address is used and retained, and provide a way to request deletion.

Website visits

This site has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party font requests. Theme and motion choices stay in memory for your visit. Vercel hosts the website and may process request information, including IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect it. See Vercel’s privacy policy.

Interactive preview

The phone on this website uses fictional balances and demonstration addresses. It does not access a wallet, clipboard or contacts, request recovery secrets, or sign or broadcast transactions.

Wallet app

For account-based wallets, Privy provides sign-in, wallet-key protection and signing. Its SDK stores session credentials on your device. Imported recovery-phrase wallets use protected device storage for their secrets. Oyster also stores wallet preferences, contacts and transaction metadata locally. Network providers process public address queries and transaction requests; they may see your IP address. Price, swap and bridge services process the information needed to return quotes and network status. Public blockchain transactions cannot be removed by Oyster Labs.
