Website terms · 1 October 2026
Using Oyster.
These terms describe use of the Oyster Labs website and product preview. App-specific terms and full operator details will be published before early access.
Website and preview
The website presents a wallet under development. Its interactive demo uses illustrative data and cannot sign, broadcast or complete a transaction. Features and launch timing may change. Submitting the currently closed early-access form does not create an account or reserve access.
Self-custody
The wallet is designed for you to control your keys. You are responsible for keeping access to linked sign-in methods or, for imported wallets, your recovery phrase, and for checking the network, recipient, amount and fees before authorising a transaction. Oyster Labs does not hold your PRL or execute trades on your behalf.
Network and third-party services
Swaps, bridging, pricing and blockchain access depend on third-party services and network availability. Quotes, liquidity, fees and confirmation times can change. A swap into wPRL and an unwrap into native PRL are separate transactions. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible.
No financial advice
Nothing on this website is financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold an asset. Asset values can change and losses are possible.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to interfere with the service, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to access someone else’s information. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately using the contact channel described on the Security page.
Names and ownership
Oyster is an independent wallet, not affiliated with Pearl Research Labs. “Pearl” and “PRL” identify the public blockchain and asset the app works with. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
