Oyster is preparing for early access on iOS and Android. Direct support contact details will be published here before registration opens.

Account-based wallets

Sign in with a Google or email method linked to your Oyster account. Keep access to those methods. Privy provides account authentication and wallet signing. Recovery-phrase export for these wallets is not available in Oyster yet.

Imported recovery-phrase wallets

Keep your recovery phrase private and stored safely. It is needed to restore an imported wallet. Never send recovery words or private keys to a support contact or enter them on this website.

A transfer is still pending

Check its status in the app and use the transaction’s explorer link. A submitted transaction can take time to confirm. Review the existing transaction before starting another transfer.

PRL and wPRL

PRL belongs to the Pearl network; wPRL is on Ethereum. Use the matching receive address and network. Moving between them uses a separate PearlBridge transaction.

Report a problem

When support opens, useful details will include your app version, device model, operating system and a description of the problem. Redact private information from screenshots. Security issues belong in a private report through the channel on our Security page.
